      <title>Exercising but not losing</title>
      <description>I am 5'5&quot; and +/- 140 lbs.&amp;nbsp; I started running 1 1/2 years ago and have since gained 5 lbs during training for a half marathon.&amp;nbsp; I run 20 to 25 miles a week and take (3) body pump classes, (1) spinning class and&amp;nbsp;(1) 2 hour aerobics class, but I am not able to shed the last 10 lbs.&amp;nbsp; I eat healthy foods, good carbs (unprocessed), fruits, veggies and protein and keep my calories to +/- 1700 calories a day.&amp;nbsp; Why am I not...</description>
