400 mg. Ibuprofen, 

ABOUT ME:

I suffer from severe knee pain daily, it gets so painful I can hardly walk. I just got diagnosised with TMJ and have been researching that. I have to get checked for PKD, being as my father has it and it's hereditary. I wonder if some of the pain is from that? Not sure yet. I have been exposed to people who have abused pain meds(oxycontin) and ruined their lives because of it. Because of this experience I avoid taking them and suffer and live with the pain.
