ABOUT ME:

I'm a mother of two fantastic little balls of joy, and the partner of an amazing man who happens to have rapid cycling Type II Bipolar Disorder. I also have my own conditions - I'm recovering from PTSD (caused by severe childhood mistreatment), and have been diagnosed with a condition that resembles Inattentive Type Adult ADD. Whether I'm actually ADD, or have the long term affects of prelonged mild head trauma (also due to my upbringing) is unknown. I'm currently on Citalopram for the PTSD, and SR Ritalin for the ADD. Hopefully I'll be coming off the Citalopram though - it was always intended that I would be coming off it as part of my treatment/management plan. Apart from that... I'm also studying maths and computer science at university, actively involved in living history, and try to help out in my community where ever I can. Life in general is good, if a little interesting at times!! 0.o Anyway, I've come to this site to help support others, and to get support when I need it during the difficult times. Doing my part for my family and relationship, learning, growing and keeping myself healthy and happy :) Hugs
