ABOUT ME:

I have had arthritis since I was 29 years old.  I just try to deal with it but it gets hard because I often think I'm too young for this.  I can't seem to lose any weight which is an issue for me. I have 3 beautiful kids; 18, 11, and a 4 year old.  It has really taken it's toll on me with my self esteem and my anxiety.  I find it harder to work but I know I can't quit now, I still have many years to go.
