Lady A month ago I was a person who spent 12 hours a day outdoors, building artsy fun things, gardening, hiking, kayaking, etc.  I have spent the last week lying in bed or on the couch with only enough energy to do basic stuff (clean the kitchen maybe) for an hour inthe morning and maybe another hour in the evening if I really need to get something done.
