I am author of the book "It Takes Guts To Be Me: How An Ex-Marine Beat Bipolar Disorder." I coach people through the steps of my system TORQUE BACK, which I designed and tested on myself. It wasn't a cakewalk but I had help and so will you if you work with me. I overcame 8 solid years of bipolar, in which I went through every form of the illness, 6 of those years devastatingly bad. I've had every medicine run through me that might possibly apply and some that clearly did not, out of desperation. In the end, I had to go another way. I beat all my many addictions and got my life back and more! Let me help you do the same. I do NOT advocate stopping your meds before a better plan is in place. STOPPING meds can lead to a FATAL crash in some situations. I also wholeheartedly invite you to share all my info with your doctor. And my number one company that helps people to do this, has a professional team that WANTS to speak to your doctor to help him/her understand why you will be transitioning off meds and how it all works.
