Ok.. some days I just look in the mirror and think "Ewwww.. what is wrong with you???" I'll go a couple days without taking a shower, sometimes even brushing my teeth. I actually bought that book for my step-dad to read because his kids were "perfect" and he was always arguing with my mom about me.. (they are in the process of getting a divorce.. he was just mentally abusive and although no one liked him, he thought it was everybody else.)
