      <title>Consuming fat after a workout?</title>
      <description>I havealways been taught/told that consuming fat after a weight lifting workout is counterproductive as it slows down digestion and inhibits the flow of protein to the muscles. So adding peanut butter to your otherwise fat-free whey mix would be a bad thing I would think. I've been hearing mixed things about this. I am set in my ways and will never consume fat after I workout, but I don't want to lead astray those who enjoy consuming peanut...</description>
