I've had migraines since I was 5 yrs old. I get them from both my mothers family and my fathers side. My neurologist said I was blessed with migraines, some blessing. But over the last several years they have begun to worsen, and I have started having them 2-3 times a week, and they are lasting from 24 to 72 hours at a time. Luckily I have my FMLA to fall back on, but co-workers are not always very understanding of you calling off even in the medical field when they are shorthanded. They want you there so that their nights are not so bad. I cant blame them, but I do not want to put my patients at risk......Helpppppppppppppppp!PHOTOS:
