I am a 55 year old male.I am too shy to ask my doctor this question. I suspect that I have a prostate problem. When I ejaculate during masturbation I get the most severe pain shooting through my head and shoulders. It is like an instant headache which lasts for several days. This does not happen during sexual intecourse. Please help as I dont know who to turn to.
