ABOUT ME:

My name is Nicole, I am 26 years old and I am struggling with a mood disorder and living with extreme anxiety. I try to control it and sometimes it just seems to control me. I have a beautiful family and a wonderful husband. My life is beautiful on the outside but inside I feel like I am dying. I am scared one day that I am going to lose it all because of my sickness. I just wish I knew how to stop it. My heart breaks because I dont want to be like this, but it just seems like nothing helps.
