MY MRI STATED THAT I HAD GRADE 4 ANNULAR TEAR AT THE L3 ABD TGE L4&5. DOES ANYONE OUT THERE KNOW ABOUT THE GRADING SCALE...HOW HIGH IT GOES? OR ANYTHING ABOUT IT.
