I've had migraines most of my life and have recently decided to do whatever it takes to mitigate/heal them. I am aware of most of my triggers and fairly well-read on the subject but have a strong feeling I'm missing something probably obvious.
Two Years later: my migraines have been reduced by an order of magnitude by "chipping away" at the foundation of this dastardly disorder. See my sharepost for my not secret for success.
