ABOUT ME:

As my short bio says, I am a mother of two. My daughter is 7 yrs old and has ADHD and my son is 4 yrs old. I have a loving b/f of 6 and a half yrs, a dog named Wookie and a cat named Gimli. I started to research ADHD many, many years ago when my daughter first started showing signs of it. She had a really rough time adjusting to school and I have been in the process of getting her assessed for the past year now. I am still waiting on a follow up appointment but it has been confirmed thus far that she has ADHD, Sensory Processing Disorder, and R.A.D... at first, it was thought that she had Aspergers but specialists say it is these things she has. I have been educating myself for a long time now and am in the process of going to school so I can help other parents too!
