      <title>I'm starting to get concerned....</title>
      <description>I have had problems sleeping in the past, but they could always be solved by being forced to go a night without sleep.&amp;nbsp; After a night without sleep, I could normally sleep for the next 14+ hours.&amp;nbsp; I have started drinking a lot lately to cure my insomnia, but that no longer works.&amp;nbsp; I started taking diphenhydramine hydrochloride (Benadryl AKA Simply Sleep) in addition to the alcohol to get me to sleep, but that no longer works...</description>
