I used to work at a large corporate office, i was fired because i was missing to much work between my depression and other ailements that plague me. I have writen poetry since I was 13. I have suicidal tendencies and cutting tendencies. I have a regular doctor and a psychiatrist. I have little to no support from family. Some from a couple friends but mainly I am alone. I was diagnosed 3 years ago but realized with research and talking with my doctor that I have had it and been misdiagnosed with it since I was 13 years old. 5/5/2010 recently went to a new dr... started therapy and saw a REAL pdoc.. I not only have bipolar disorder but they believe I have borderline personality disorder as well. If my husband did not support the bipolar he is 100% not accepting the BPD. BUT in researching about BPD, i have no doubt thats me. SO now Im going through what I when through when I found out I had bipolar... Grief, Anger, depression... although I am not at all to the accepting point of even my bipolar so accepting my BPD is along way off...
