ABOUT ME:

I am the Community Leader over on Health Central's Depression site http://www.healthcentral.com/depression/c/84292/profile and I frequently send people to this site who are in need of information and support about Bipolar Disorder. I have close friends in my life who suffer from Bipolar Disorder and I would like to know how to be more supportive. While I have never been diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder...I feel that I may be a kindred spirit...possibly on the spectrum somewhere. I am curious and would like to know more.
