Bipolar Disorder and Yoga

Hi, I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder seven years ago. I've taken the gamut of medications.

Nothing has helped me more than yoga, though. Through yoga I've managed to scale back my meds to one pill a day.

Has anybody else experienced this? I've started a blog on the subject at Yoga for Bipolar.

Anyone interested, please stop by.
