Topamax side effects

On January 7th I was prescribed Topamax and told to start with 1 - 25mg a day for a week and then go to 2 - 25mg tabs a day. My body was vibrating and felt like it was humming, I had thoughts of hurting myself and others even went so far as to bang my head on a counter, cut myself with a razor blade and take an over dose of pain meds. By the 22nd my family doctor...
