None,  I have never taken any MS drugs not even steroids

ABOUT ME:

I was diagnosed with MS in 1991 and now, almost 20 years later, at age 60, I still have no visible symptoms. When I had my last stress test, I outran the average woman of my age. I believe my success in living with MS is entirely the result of following the nutritional recommendations of Roy L. Swank, M.D., a professor of neurology from Oregon. More recently, the work of George Jelinek, M.D., a professor of medicine from Australia, has offered guidance that I believe offers great hope to at least 95% of those with MS. To encourage others to adopt the sensible recommendations of these two professors of medicine, I have developed a web site that provides information on myself and others like me who have lived successfully with MS for many years. It also offers detailed information on what I and others do to help keep ourselves healthy, vigorous and good looking. There is nothing like an MS diet to get one looking like a babe at any age.
