Thank you everyone for sharing your thoughts on seroquel. I haven't really had any problems so far. Some of your suggestions on mania were great. I'm employing some of them and they are helpful. I started walking and now I seem more calm, and am sleeping better for it. I don't drink or do drugs other than prescribed, so no problem there.

If so, how well does it work for you, and how do you feel about the side effects verses the benefits, if any you may receive from this treatment?
