      <title>Needing some help!</title>

&amp;nbsp;
I've been working out for about 3 months (prior to this I hadn't been working out or dieting at all).&amp;nbsp; For 2 months I added about 30 min exercise to my day and started eating right.&amp;nbsp; For the last month I have really kicked it up, working out 6-10 hours a week, cardio and strength training, either speed walking, doing pilates, or using the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred.&amp;nbsp; I've been really tracking my food for the last 2...</description>
