Migraine sufferer since I was a child, developing into daily, debilitating migraines when I was 16 years old. Then, after couple of brushes with death, diagnosed with life-threatening, chronic hormonal insufficiency. Being on hormone replacement does help somewhat, but migraines are still a huge part of my life.
I am now able to live with then. My life style has changed dramatically: everything from food, exercise, cosmetics, environmental influences to stress management.
I have also developed a speacial Migraine Headband that I do believe helps in managing both acute migraines and can be used as a preventative tool. If everything goes well maybe I will be able to bring it to people so they will have a drug-free alternative in helping them cope with this disease.
