ABOUT ME:

Hi, I am 51 yrs old, the mother of three 26, 24, and 18. I have been dieting lol forever!!! or so it seems, I have about 25 pounds to lose but at this point 5 or 10 would be a huge accomplishment. I have borderline high blood surgar and of course high cholesteral. I often wonder why if I know losing weight will help with both these health issues it isn't easier to stick to it. I have tried diets and diets and have come to the conclusion I need to change my eating habits and excercise. The changing of eating habits I am doing better at..........the excercise, ugh what a bust. So anyway, I am hoping to make friends, give support and receive some also and find a way to beat this once and for all and live a happier and much healthier life.
