Feeling alone with my RA

So, here I am wondering why this RA of mine makes me feel so alone at times. Especially when I am on my Methotrexate days. Its hard to socialize when your tired, and in pain. No one wants to hear about it either. Most of the time they dont know what to say to you and the subject gets changed and you're left feeling even more alone. So, I stay home...not that I feel like driving or going out. I guess my point is...

water aerobics

Hi Everyone!Hope your doing well. I just got back from my water aerobics class and feel really good! Its alot of fun to talk with other folks that have achy joints and pain most of the time. Makes you feel like your not so alone. The exercises are soooo much easier in the water! I encourage everyone to at least try it! You just do it at your own pace and enjoy. Have you tried water aerobics? Does it make you feel...

I have good days and bad days, I prefer the good ones. ....Cant sleep tonight, and feeling pretty exhausted. I have to get up and stretch some to ease some pains now, take care, Tresa
