ABOUT ME:

After years of my weight swinging up and down I am taking charge. My 2010 resolution is to get to a fit size 8 and maintain it for the rest of my life. Currently I'm a 12. I also plan to reverse the damage caused by GERD -- Gastro Esophagael Reflux Disease even if that means changing everything in my diet and taking the dreaded Ranitidine (Zantac) on a daily basis. I'm tired of feeling like my entire digestive track is literally on fire.
