Real cronic pain

i am 57 yrs old. i was finally diagnosed with severe adhd a year ago. i am taking 50 miligrams of adderall a day. it does not seem to helping much. i am constantly tired. can anyone tell me what i am missing?

Why do dr's not listen about chronic pain? they know my back is shot, yet they keep insisting physical therapy is the only answer. if it was the answer, i would not be dealing with this pain.
