I am 22-years-old, female living in Walnut Creek, CA. I have been living with Bipolar 1 Disorder for 2.5 years. It ruined my life and I am trying to regain my footing. I am learning more and more about it as time progresses. I haven't been to a mental hospital for 1.5 years. I will never go back!!! I am currently seeing a Pysch. doctor and a therapist soon. I am hoping to GET MY LIFE BACK and be stable forever!
