Two of my four sons are migraneurs. One started having headaches at 6 yrs old, the other began with a severe chronic abdominal migraine attack at 15 yrs that kept him from attending school for almost the entire freshman year of high school. Both are learning (daily, I think) to deal with the effects of their migraines while living active and fulfilling lives. It's been a journey, to be sure - for me, as a parent as well as for the boys.
I've learned from this site and now I'm back to hopefully share some of our experience and what we're learning on the road.
