ABOUT ME:

As a specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, I am trained to treat many types of painful and debilitating conditions including sports injuries and arthritis. As an aging woman, I am starting to feel the pain of previous injuries and degenerating joints. All of my experience gives me a unique perspective about living with a pain. I have had my own practice since 2001 in my hometown of Grass Valley, CA. Branching out as a writer began with the publication of my first book, High Heels to Hormones: A Woman's Guide to Spine Care. Lately, I have enjoyed writing for www.chronicpainconnection.com. Through writing, I am able to reach beyond the constraints of seeing one patient at a time in the clinic. Here, I have the freedom and power to help the masses of those with painful conditions like arthritis.
