The move of my MIL went off without a hitch and we are so happy to have her closer. She has her own apt in the same complex as us and is within walking distance. She has a caregiver that comes 3 times a week and she remembers her name; she didn't remember the name of the one in her hometown so we think that is a plus. A busy first week with... Read more

This is my first of I'm sure many post and I have a question about the new med that my MIL was placed on today. She will start Aricept, 5mg, for 4 weeks then go to 10mg. How long will it take before we notice ANY type of changes in her? She was diagnosed with mild dementia in mid-June so we are just beginning this long battle and are searching... Read more
