      <title>Why am i tired</title>
      <description>I exercise every day and also watch my diabetic intake.&amp;nbsp; But I am still tired and have no energy.&amp;nbsp; I just turned 50 and do not have much stress.&amp;nbsp; I need to loose about 40 pounds.&amp;nbsp; My question is why am I so tired still?&amp;nbsp; </description>
