I have to say I really doubted this would help; but thought why not try. My doctor wants me to exercise. I would start and would get a migraine everytime. My husband and I have come to the conclusion that I need to go a headache specialist . I live in Metro Detroit area. I don't mind a fair amount of driving for a good clinic.
