I have been in a bad cycle lately with my migraines. I have been really, really frustrated. My sleep is messed up, even more than usual. Sorry it's been so long! I saw my regular OB and had my IUD removed on Friday! And for those of you who have IUD's and are worried about any pain involved with removing it, it was a piece of cake. Much more pleasant than having it inserted, that's for certain. Seriously, I didn't even feel it come out. ... Read more

I took my husband with me so that I could be sure and be at the appointment, even if I didn't feel well that day, and it was good for Chris to hear what the doctor had to say about the possibility of us having kids...
