THey come on suddenly, and i can feel it because i get the aura. There is no pain, or headache. They last about 25 minutes. I see the rainbow zig zag, and can see it out of both eyes. Mid way through it each one of my fingers goes numb, one finger at a time each hand. I get panic attacks during this because it scares me.
