      <description>My breakfast receipe:8 oz. of egg beaters1/2 onion2 large mushrooms1 teaspoon of minced garlic1 tablespoon of non fat sour cream1/2 large red pepper2 slices of tomato.I tablespoon of nonfat cream cheese.Mix eggs and garlic with sourcream.Fry all other veggies in olive oil until soft.Then add egg mixture. Add the cream cheese while cooking.</description>
