I was diagnosed on 10/11 and my first oncology visit is 10/29. My 21 year old daughter thinks this is to long, but they have done a bone scan, mri and a pet scan is scheduled later this week. I am trying to be patient but she is really freaking out. Looking for other stories to share with her.
Feeling overwhelmed, decisions to be made and second guessing my self all the way. I am to meet with an oncologist later this week. "When going through hell, keep going" Winston Churchill. I liked this and have picked it as my motto.
