ABOUT ME:

I gained over 100 pounds this year, and am struggling with depression. I have lupus and haven't gained this much weight since I was taking predisone. I lost 95 pounds in six months once I stopped taking steroids. When I started the estratest and the synthroid, I started putting the weight back on. Unfortunately, due to my illness, I am not as active as I would like to be, and sleep quite a lot. The weather in Michigan isn't condusive to very much outdoor activity for 9 months out of the year, and when the humudity is up, I am totally out of commission. Because of my health issues, I had to retire last year.
