      <description>I have a sister that is about ten years old and has a a rash simiar to this occassion before. the rash started on her ankle and has gradually moved up the body. the rash is very red colored and very itchy. some of the clusters actually look like welts. we know that is is not allergies because every thing has remained constant. the doctor thought it was fifths disease however it is not on her face. We have no clue what this could possible be..</description>
