7 YEAR OLD BIPOLAR?

My son is 7 years old and I believe he has bipolar disorder or something like that. He is a very lovable child, but can go from happy to sad to mad in literally seconds. He also isn't fully potty trained. He is scared to death to do #2. He holds it and won't go sit on the toilet. When told to go he bited himself and screams obscenitites. He calls himself stupid and says he hates himself. I reassure him that he is very smart and can do anything...
