ABOUT ME:

I have lived with Fibromyalgia for over 25 years now and have learned many helpful tips the hard way. I have learned how to manage the pain, the fatigue, and some of the secondary illnesses through natural methods. I have some base meds that I take but most are maintenance drugs related to other conditions. I am able to work a full time job in the IT industry and am currently recovering from brain surgery. That certainly adds to the fatigue and pain!
