      <title>Am I excersising too much?</title>
      <description>I wake up every day and excersise before I eat breakfast.&amp;nbsp; First off, is that bad?&amp;nbsp; Second of all, I usually cannot do any less than 30 minutes, but that really is the bare minimum.&amp;nbsp; If I'm outdoor running 30 minutes is usually all I do, but in a gym I almost work out for an hour and then stretch, do crunches and every other day I do weight machines.&amp;nbsp; Is this too much?&amp;nbsp; I am 5'3, 95 lb, 20 year old vegetarian.&amp;nbsp;</description>
