Child with boils and bumps

My child is 3 years old, and she has been getting boils on her bottom. She recently had one on the back of her leg. I put neosporn and a bandaid on it for a couple days and it popped so i kept the wound clean with peroxide. Now that the boil is gone she has a whole bunch of little red bumps around the already healed boil? What could this be? irritation from the banaid? she has never had anything happen with neosporn or peroxide please help!
