limited to walking and bike riding due to illness..

DRUGS I AM TAKING:

Cymbalta,  Klonopin,  Ambien,  Elmiron,  High blood Pressure meds,  Pyridium as needed, 

ABOUT ME:

I have been living with this for deveral years. My family has been through a lot of tradgedy in the last several years and I lost a brother in a motorcycle accident. I recently received a diagnosis of an auto immune disorder called Intercystial Cystitis, which causes me great pain. I have an implant in my back to regulate the pain. I was also just laid off from a 13 year position as a Master's level Clinician at a local mental health center after 13 years of employment. They laid off many people. The good news is I am getting married next year. I'm really tired of constantly fighting an up hill battle. I have many interests and see my psychiatrist every 5 weeks who also does therapy with me. How do I not fall into isolation while being laid off? Help! Giapooh
