      <description>I am a 16 year old female that weights apx. 135 lbs and its about 5&amp;#39;5. I am desperatley seeking to improve my athletic ability (i play lacrosse) and tone up. 2 weeks ago, I started an exercise routine:Jog/Run on the treadmil for a mile.Lift weights for about 15 min.Do Ball exercises for 20 min.150-200 crunches.100 calf rasiestricep dipsother various exericesI want to know if i am doing the right exercies and if this routine will help me tone...</description>
