      <title>Heatbeat rate bpm</title>
      <description>Hi Doctor,&amp;nbsp;I am a 23 year old male who is 6&amp;#39;0 and weigh 230 pounds.I started excercising last month on a regular basis everyday for atleast 2-3 hours.I recently noticed that by heatbeat rate was between 80-85 bpm.Is that normal?I am a regular smoker and smoke an average of 10 cigarettes a day.I drink 2 beers in a month......Please advise ....</description>
