      <description>Okay, so the reality of this ALL has FINALLY set in. I have been really strong thus far, until the pre-registration and nurse called today to confirm&amp;nbsp;the actual surgery&amp;nbsp;for tomorrow.&amp;nbsp;Now, I can't stop crying.
