ABOUT ME:

Hi, I am Maria. I was recently diagnosed with anxiety disorder. I suffer from panic, and anxiety attacks. I have had them for many years, but have never taken myself to the doctors. I finally had a really down day, where my attacks had drained me completely, and I needed to go to the doctors. I did and they finally diagnosed me and put me on medication, Lexapro. It has helped me (sometimes) because I feel like it can't completley help me. And I've realized that I probably need to talk about what causes this maybe, i don't know. Anxiety is confusing, and I want help, it is affecting my life and I do not like it. If anyone has tips or advice that would be great.
