ABOUT ME:

Play electric Bass, flute, piano and always wanting to learn new instruments. Work, nap, love being outdoors. I loved being active, skiing, hiking, adventuring. This year found being in the river is great to get my outdoor fix without overdoing - cool and good non impact exercise. Learning to readjust, reinvent, and pace myself. Dx'd Oct 2012
