I live daily with anxiety and OCD...I have panic attacks not as often as I used to. For me, Ativan is the only medication that works. I have tried EVERYTHING, from SSRI's and SSNIs to anti-psychotic meds, all kinds of therapy. I have had anxiety disorder all of my life, since early childhood.PHOTOS:
